This will be a short rant, I'm not going to go on and on about what a dissapointment Vampire Rain has become. I don't know about you all but I was really looking forward to Vampire Rain and I honestly thought that it could be very good, it had a nice premise and it looked like the gameplay could be solid. Not to mention most of the demo reviews I read at places like IGN and X-Play (not necessarily there though) said the game was really fun and challenging, something that broke out of the box and really challenged how frustrating a game can get without being unplayable, unfortuanately, Vampire Rain missed this line...by quite a lot. The game would probably get about a 7/10 in my book if the vampires were of about the same caliber enemies as the men in Splinter Cell but the vampires in this game are nearly impossible to kill, ecspecially in early level that in my opinion should be easier; they can kill you in about half a second and half the time you don't even know that there there. In all, I think I'd give this game about a 1/10, for the concept alone, as the actual game is unplayable. Don't get this game kids, it is not fun, in fact it's hardly passible, maybe they'll patch some of the variables and make the vampires weaker but in less they do this and make content quite sizably more, this game is a flop and a flop it will remain.
